1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LearnAtMyPlace ('the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Description

LearnAtMyPlace is an online platform connecting students with tutors. We facilitate discovery and connection but are not a party to the tutor-student engagement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Tutor Registration

Tutors must submit genuine documents for verification. Providing false or forged documents will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities. Tutors are independent service providers, not employees of LearnAtMyPlace.

5. Coins & Payments

Coins are a virtual currency used on this platform to unlock student contact details. Coins must be purchased through official payment channels. Coins have a validity period as specified at the time of purchase. Unused coins cannot be transferred between accounts.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: misrepresent their identity or qualifications; circumvent payment systems; share account access; engage in harassment; scrape or copy platform data; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Privacy

Student contact details unlocked by tutors must be used solely to provide tutoring services. Sharing or misusing student data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

LearnAtMyPlace is not liable for the quality of tutoring services, any disputes between tutors and students, or any indirect losses arising from platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Coins remaining in terminated accounts are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
