Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all coin purchases made on LearnAtMyPlace.

⚠️ Important: Coins Are Non-Refundable Once Used

Once coins have been used to unlock student contact details, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct plan before completing payment.

Refund Eligibility

Coins purchased but not yet used are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges are fully refundable.
Coins that have been used to unlock any student lead are non-refundable.
Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.
Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@learnatmyplace.com
  2. Include your registered mobile number and payment reference
  3. State the reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

LearnAtMyPlace does not offer subscription plans. All coin purchases are one-time transactions with a stated validity period.

Coins expire automatically after the validity period. Expired coins are non-refundable.

Account deletion does not entitle the user to a refund of remaining coins.
