Is SSC CHSL easier than SSC CGL?+

Yes, SSC CHSL is generally considered easier than SSC CGL. CHSL requires 12th pass (not graduation), and the exam difficulty is lower. The Tier 1 syllabus is similar but Tier 2 for CHSL tests skills relevant to clerical work (typing, DEO speed) rather than advanced Mathematics and statistics tested in CGL.
