What is the RRB Group D salary?+
RRB Group D (Level 1) basic pay is Rs. 18,000 per month. With DA, HRA, and other allowances, the gross monthly salary is approximately Rs. 22,000–25,000. Employees also receive free/subsidised railway passes, medical facilities, and PF benefits.
Is physical fitness test compulsory for RRB Group D?+
Yes. After the CBT, shortlisted candidates must appear for a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Men must run 1000 m in 4 min 15 sec and lift 35 kg for 100 m. Women must run 1000 m in 5 min 40 sec and lift 20 kg for 100 m. Failure in PET results in disqualification.
