GRE Quant Mindset
GRE Quant is less about long calculation and more about choosing the cleanest structure. Translate the question, simplify constraints, then decide whether direct solving, estimation, or comparison is faster.
Original GRE Quant notes designed around structure recognition, clean algebra, and faster comparison logic. Start with Algebra, then branch into the rest of Quant as new modules go live.

In QC questions, test special cases before doing heavy algebra. Positive, negative, zero, fraction, and equality cases often decide whether the answer is A, B, C, or D.
Watch for hidden integer conditions, nonzero restrictions, absolute values, percent base changes, insufficient information, and diagrams that are not drawn to scale.
Original GRE Algebra notes covering equations, inequalities, exponents, roots, factoring, quadratics, functions, word problems, and Quantitative Comparison strategy.
Open AlgebraPlanned coverage for divisibility, remainders, primes, fractions, ratios, percents, and integer pattern traps in GRE Quant.
Coming SoonPlanned topic pages for triangles, circles, polygons, slopes, lines, and geometry-heavy Quantitative Comparison setups.
